Fire-Mails strives to be the best to provide quality service and support. We asked that some of our happy and unhappy members share their opinions both and good and bad. We have randomly asked the members we paid if they wouldn't mind sending us an email of their experience along with a picture or pictures.

Living in a small town I have a steady job, a beautiful daughter and wife. I spent my free time on the internet. I joined what looked to be scams and was taken for several thousand. I stayed on different sites for awhile and still nothing. Fire-Mails wouldn't respond to me and if they did it was just in circles.

I was laid off from work and my wife's part time job was the only income. On the brink of going homeless I cried myself to sleep. I felt there was no way out and put the pistol to my head to end it all. I put my pistol away and worked hard contacting sites. Fire-Mails had a support specialist Katrina Jones. They apologized for their piss poor support which it is and wire transferred my payment. I fell to my knees crying realizing this is to good to be true. I thanked my lord, Jesus Christ. I had waited 8 months to be paid but the lord kept me strong.

After my debt was paid off and we stood tall in good finances I had a plan. Our small town could never afford Fireworks for the 4th of July. Our little small town had to drive 25 miles just to see the fireworks on the 4th. That year I paid for the fireworks and put on a show for our town. I have a lot more photographs but I assembled some of to show. Every year I purchase the fireworks for our little small town.

After getting my debit card which took 3 months to get I just use that. Whether or not they fix their support they gotta stay true to their word. Thank you Fire-Mails and to another site, something like pumpkins on it. I possess two debit cards and retired early with my mortgage paid off, money for daughter to go to school. I rambled on enough, thanks guys from good old Jack.

I am gonna make this short and sweet, you guys #%!@#^! suck at answering emails and leaving me waiting and clicking for hours. The day you a$$holes paid me my 30 g's I canceled and left to other sites and perhaps upgrade. If I knew were any of the support staff were I would knock them the $%# out!
